Landing Page Design Services That Convert

Landing page design services for paid campaigns: one offer, one action, built on your own domain. What a landing page costs, and when you do not need one.

A Landing Page Has Exactly One Job

Most pages on a website serve several audiences at once. A landing page serves one: the person who just clicked a specific ad, opened a specific email, or scanned a specific QR code, and who arrived expecting one specific thing.

That constraint is the whole design brief. Everything on the page either moves that person toward one action or it comes off. Navigation that invites browsing comes off. The three other services you offer come off. The result looks sparse next to a normal page, and it converts better precisely because it is sparse.

This is also why landing page design is a different service from the rest of what we build. A good service page answers ten questions from eight kinds of visitor and earns organic rankings over months. A good landing page answers one question from one kind of visitor and earns its keep this week.

What Goes Into the Page

A landing page we build is a real page on your real site — server-rendered, living under your own domain, and deployed the same way the rest of the site is.

  • One offer, stated above the fold. The headline repeats the promise from the ad the visitor clicked. Message mismatch between ad and page is the most common reason a campaign underperforms, and it is free to fix.
  • One action, repeated. A single call to action — call, book, submit, buy — near the top, again after the proof, and again at the end. Not three competing actions.
  • Proof a stranger will believe. Real reviews, real photos, real numbers. We do not write testimonials for you, and we do not use stock photos of other people's staff.
  • A form that actually delivers. Submissions go to your inbox and to wherever else you need them, with the fields you will really use and nothing you will not.
  • Speed, because the click is already paid for. Pages are pre-rendered and served from a CDN, and we check them against Google's published Core Web Vitals thresholds — LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 milliseconds, CLS under 0.1. Landing page experience is also one of the three components Google Ads uses to compute Quality Score, alongside expected click-through rate and ad relevance, so a slow, thin page can raise what you pay per click as well as lose the visitor.
  • Tracking wired up before launch. Conversions land in GA4 and your ad platform on day one, not after the first month of spend is already gone.

What Landing Page Design Costs

The market splits into three prices, and they buy quite different things.

OptionTypical costWhat you end up owning
Landing page builder tool$25–$100/moNothing — the page is hosted inside the tool and disappears when you cancel
Freelancer or agency, one-offA few hundred to a few thousandA page, usually with no plan for changing it later
A page on your own siteCovered by your planA page you own, on a domain you own, editable like any other

We work the third way, so there is no separate landing page price list. If your site is new, campaign pages are part of the $1,500 one-time build, which covers all your static pages with no page limit. If your site is already live on one of our plans, a landing page is a change request — and small and large changes count the same, so a new page costs one of the changes already included in your month.

Where a quote does apply: a batch of campaign pages built at once, a landing page on a site we did not build, or a page that needs more than a form behind it — payments, scheduling against a real calendar, a gated download. Those get scoped as website development at a fixed price after a free consultation.

"One Page Website Design" Is a Different Request

People search for landing page design meaning two different things, and the gap between them is expensive to get wrong.

A campaign landing page is one page inside a larger site, built for traffic you send it. A one-page website is somebody's entire web presence on a single scrolling page with anchor links. The first is a good idea for most businesses running ads. The second is a good idea for a narrow set: one offer, no organic search ambition, no second service coming.

We are not the cheapest answer to the second request, and we will say so before you spend anything. Our build fee is a single published number rather than a per-page rate, because the work that makes a page load fast, convert and rank is mostly not page count. If one page is genuinely all you need and you have no plans to grow it, a builder tool at $25 to $100 a month is the honest recommendation — and we wrote up the full landing page vs website comparison so you can check which side you are on first.

The Page Is Half the Job. What Happens Next Is the Other Half.

A landing page that converts well creates a problem further down the line: leads arriving faster than a shared inbox can absorb them. Campaigns fail on follow-up at least as often as they fail on design, and no amount of page polish fixes a lead that nobody called back.

If leads are getting missed, buried, or followed up three days late, the answer is not a better page — it is somewhere for them to land. Custom CRM development gives you a pipeline, customer records and invoicing you own outright, with the landing page form writing straight into it. If the wider problem is a stack of monthly subscriptions doing that job badly, custom business software replaces the stack with one system: a fixed price to build it, then priced by usage rather than per user, so adding somebody to your team does not add to the bill.

Campaign Pages Go Stale Faster Than Any Other Page

The offer changes, the seasonal promotion ends, the price moves — and the page sits there advertising last quarter. Because your landing pages live on your site rather than inside a builder tool, they are covered by the same upkeep as everything else: changes by text or voice on any plan, and website automation for the parts that repeat, like seasonal pricing or a promotion that comes back every year. When a campaign ends, the page gets retired or repointed deliberately instead of being left up and forgotten.

What We Will Not Do

  • Programmatic city or service pages at scale. Dozens of near-identical pages with one word swapped is the doorway page pattern, and Google's spam policies name it directly. We build location pages only where there is real, different substance behind them.
  • Invent proof. No written-for-you testimonials, no invented statistics, no stock photos standing in for your team.
  • Guarantee a conversion rate. Anyone quoting one before seeing your offer, your price and your traffic is guessing.
  • Build a landing page when the real problem is the site. If organic traffic is the goal, a campaign page will not deliver it, and we would rather point you at SEO website design than sell you the wrong page.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on who builds it and where it lives. A freelancer or agency building a one-off page typically charges a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. Landing page builder tools run roughly $25 to $100 per month, and the page stops working when you stop paying. Our model is different: landing pages are pages on your own site, so they are covered by the $1,500 one-time build if the site is new, or by the change requests already included in your monthly plan if the site is live. A batch of campaign pages, or a landing page on a site we did not build, gets a fixed scoped quote after a free consultation.

For an existing client on a monthly plan, a single campaign page usually ships within the same week — most of that time is spent agreeing on the offer and the proof, not writing the code. Ordinary edits move much faster: across 117 client change requests over 120 days, our median request-to-live time was 18 minutes. A landing page is a bigger job than a copy fix, so treat same-week as the honest expectation and anything faster as a bonus.

Occasionally, for their exact phrase, but that is not what they are for. Organic search rewards depth across many related pages, and a landing page is deliberately shallow — one offer, one action, most navigation removed. Build landing pages for traffic you send or pay for, and build service pages for traffic you want Google to send you. Trying to make one page do both usually produces a page that does neither well.

Sometimes. It depends on what your site is built with and whether we can deploy to it without taking on the rest of the codebase. WordPress and most hosted platforms are workable; some proprietary builders lock out anything but their own editor. We look first and tell you honestly — if the platform itself makes the page slow or unmaintainable, the recommendation is usually to fix the platform rather than bolt a fast page onto a slow site.

Your domain, in almost every case. A page at yourbusiness.com/offer inherits the trust and history of the domain, keeps analytics in one place, and stays part of your site after the campaign ends. A separate campaign domain starts from zero, splits your data, and quietly becomes an orphan nobody maintains. Separate domains make sense for genuinely separate brands, not for a promotion.

Usually one per campaign, not one per keyword. If you run a single paid campaign, one page matched to that ad will outperform sending the clicks to your homepage. What does not work is generating dozens of near-identical pages that swap out a city or a service name — Google treats that pattern as doorway pages and names it in their spam policies. Build a page when you have a distinct offer and distinct traffic to send to it.
