The flow, in three steps
Describe
Sign into your client portal and choose how you want to describe the change:
Type it
Title + description. As detailed or as terse as you like. Most requests are 1-3 sentences.
Record audio
Hit record on your phone or laptop. Walk through one change or many across different pages. Up to 30 minutes of audio per request.
“Make the hero green and add a section about pricing between the services and industries blocks.” — that's the whole brief. No mockups, no tickets, no specs.
We ship it
Our AI-driven worker:
- Reads your site (your existing pages, content, brand tokens)
- Implements the change in code, not in a drag-and-drop builder
- Runs validation — page renders correctly, Core Web Vitals haven't regressed, schema is valid, no broken links
- Pushes the change to GitHub and deploys to Vercel production
Most changes go live within an hour — over the last 120 days the median client request was live in 18 minutes, 85% within the hour, 97% the same day. Larger structural changes (new sections, layout redesigns) can take 2-4 hours. You get an email when the change is ready to review.
Verify
Open your client portal and review:
- A side-by-side summary of what changed and where
- One click to approve — that's it, you're done
- Or send a follow-up reply if it's not quite right — same thread, same context. The worker resumes from where it left off.

The exception: whole-site redesigns and net-new product features (databases, payments, auth-gated portals, custom integrations) go through a separate scoping conversation. The change-request flow is for ongoing site work, not new product builds.
What it isn't
Three things people sometimes assume — that's not what this is.
Not a chatbot
There's no live conversation, no realtime back-and-forth typing. You submit a request, it gets queued, our worker ships it, you review. It's deliberate and asynchronous — closer to email than chat.
Not a Wix-style drag-and-drop editor
You don't drag elements around the page yourself. You describe the change you want and we implement it in code. The benefit is that you don't need to learn anything — but the trade-off is that you don't have a live editor to play with.
Not realtime
Small edits (a typo, a phone number, an image swap) often land in 5-15 minutes. Over the last 120 days the median request was live in 18 minutes and 85% within the hour. Larger structural changes can take 2-4 hours. There's a queue + a build + a deploy in between — fast, but not instant. If you're OK with that turnaround and want to never touch a CMS again, it works extraordinarily well.
