Every article, guide, and page on this site is held to the standards outlined below.

How We Research and Create Content

• Primary sources first. We reference Google's official documentation, industry studies from reputable organizations, and government data whenever available.
• Real experience. Our service-related content is based on actual project work — not theoretical best practices pulled from other articles.
• Data-backed claims. We cite the source and date for every statistic we use. If we can't verify a claim, we don't publish it.
• Expert review. All technical content is reviewed by a team member with relevant experience before publication.

Accuracy and Objectivity

• We distinguish between facts and opinions using clear language like "in our experience" or "we recommend."
• We present counterpoints when relevant — for example, acknowledging when a DIY solution may be sufficient for a reader's needs.
• We do not make guarantees about search rankings. Any provider who guarantees specific Google rankings is being dishonest, and we won't be.
• Pricing information is updated regularly, but market rates change. We always include the date our pricing data was last verified.

Content Review and Updates

We review and update content on the following schedule:

Correction Policy

If we publish something inaccurate, we fix it promptly and transparently:

All content on Built For Rank is written by team members with hands-on experience in web design, development, or SEO. Every article includes an author byline linking to their bio page with their credentials and experience.

We do not publish content from anonymous authors or unvetted contributors.
